Wild Eats Dry Rubs

Food for Hunters recommends Chef John McGannon's Wild Eats Dry Rubs. We met John at RMEF's convention in Vegas a few months back and brought home his Juniperberry and Peppercorn Rub packet.

It's great on wild game, but we decided to try it on beef to save our limited supply of wild game for our own recipes. No matter what kind of meat you use, this stuff is great!
