Rick's mom makes the best potato salad. I don't like potato salad, but I will eat this.
- 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped (white and light green parts)
- 1- 2.25 oz can sliced olives
- 1.5 cups mayonnaise, NOT salad dressing
- Lawry's season salt, to taste
- 1 tsp. yellow French's mustard
